Samsung model number WA456DRHDSU/AA has been malfunctioning for a while. (This has been RECALLED in November 2016)
The drum hits the side of the machine while spinning and makes a loud noise.
Then after a minute, It stops spinning.and the machine stalls with the “dc” blinking with an intermittent beeping sound.
The Reason for the “dc” error code is because the washer has or is running out of balance.
If the BALANCING PROCESS DOES NOT FIX, go to next step.
The reason for the out of balance is the defective/broken DAMPERS or Suspension Support Rod
The dampers are the 4 suspension rods . There are one each suspension rods on each corners, The spring loaded damper may be broken or have broken washers or springs which makes the drum go out of balance and hit the side of washer and make big loud noise.
If you replace the 4 Suspension Support Rods, the Clothes washer will work like new. (It i s about $18 each. Better replace all 4 at same time)
