These are products we have made with our engineering services and waterjet machine and the items mentioned in the video include:

    1. A sprocket made for a local company that was worn out. So we waterjet a new one from a metal plate. We then machine bored it using our lathe and we also internal key weighted and drilled and tapped it to take retaining grub screws in the side.

    2. A wooden template made for a local joinery company we designed one from a template for them and then we produced another 50 item for them.

    3. We have a mild steel turnbuckle for local customer. This was machined from a solid round. With then CNC’d the ends and then screw cut the threads and drilled a hole in the middle to finish it.

    4. A bearing center for a gearbox for another one of our customers. This was a waterjet flange which then had a brass bush put in the middle and re-machined ready for the customer to take away. This was required within a couple of hours in order to keep their processing plant running and reduce costs.

    5. A small shaft was required and this was done on our manual lathe and this was another emergency shaft repair to reduce downturn and to keep the processing plant running for our customer.

    6. A local fishing boat required rubber gaskets that were cut for a Pot Winch Hauler.

    7. A profiled steel plate from 6 mm steel plate design for local chiropractor for helping with back and muscle damage.

    8. A profiled 5 mm steel plate that was designed for loading pallet in an automated processing machine in a local food factory.

As you can see at RB Engineering we can carry out all manner of works with a quick turnaround time.
