Punch and dies provide strong resistance against wear, especially when working with stainless steel. Round punch and die sets are fully machined from the highest quality tool steel (ISO) with 8 cutting sides and are hardened to 55 rockwell. Square punch and die sets are manufactured from the highest quality tool steel (ISO) by EDM machine centre and are also hardened to 55 rockwell.
The HP-3 hydraulic hole puncher is a portable unit weighing only 4.5kg with an output performance at 10 ton capacity. This unit requires little effort to operate and allows a professional finish on the job with no damage to finished paint products. The HP-3 also offers a 2 speed pump for faster punching and can punch up to 2.4mm stainless steel.
This hydraulic punching unit is best used in the sheet metal industry, electrical switchboards, sink wastes, kitchen fabricators etc.
