Intake Valve (Cold): 0.07 – 0.12 mm (0.003 – 0,005 in)
Exhaust Valve (Cold) 0.12 – 0.17 mm (0.005 – 0.007 in)
Ignore the F mark in the timing window (that is for ignition timing)
Check every 7000km
Tighten the adjuster lock nuts to 14mn or 10 ft-lb
NGK BP7ES Spark Plug Gap is 0.7 – 0.8 mm (0.028 – 0.031 in)
If at all possible, do your oil change after you inspect your valves as dust etc can and will find its way in while the motors inspection covers are off. Loosen the 10 mm lock nuts on the tappet adjusters and use a 4mm allen key wrench to adjust it to the following specs…
