We were going nuts prior to receiving this collar. We had heard horror stories about some bark collars and were a little hesitant about trying this one…but Im sure glad we did! This is one of the best collars we have found. It is safe, humane and helps to control what had become an uncontrollable situation. This company truly cares about the well being of your pet as well as about you. They offer incredible customer service with follow up emails which include and instructional booklet that comes via email which outlines the best way to get the most from this collar. The collar gives several warnings and a very light vibration to correct your pet. It in no way hurts your pet only helps to reinforce your “no” command and the tone that will become a warning to your pet. Within about 20 minutes our otherwise barkey dog that was driving our neighbors as well as ourselves nuts….began to settle down and become less stressed and more in control of himself. He occasionally forgets but as soon as the collar reminds him with the tone he stops. It has been a miracle product for us.
