On June 10, 2004, my steering failed on I-93, while driving from New Hamshire to Massachusetts causing me to crash into the guardrail. I filed a complaint with the NHTSA and called GM, who informed me that because I was no longer the owner of a GM vehicle, they would not talk to me. Notably, “88 -91 WERE ALL RECALLED FOR SEPARATION OF THE STEERING INTERMEDIATE SHAFT FROM THE STEERING GEAR AS A RESULT OF CORROSION OF 2 BOLTS WHERE ROAD SALT USE IS HIGH, INCLUDING IN MASSACHUSETTS.”

I swear I’m not an idiot, but it would be easy to dispute with this video. I abuse this face mill and inserts but they just shrug it off.

For some reason Shars has a picture of the wrong face mill on their site, but this link is correct: https://www.shars.com/products/view/3277/R8_Shank_2quot_Indexable_Face_Milling_Cutter

These are the extra inserts I picked up (but haven’t used yet): https://www.shars.com/products/view/7652/SEKN_42_AFTN_YBG202
