PET BOTTLE NECK PIECES which are cut during grinding of PET BOTTLES command higher price in market compared to PET BOTTLE FLAKES due to the reason that it has higher BULK DENSITY which has many advantages while processing PET BOTTLE FLAKES to make many products such as Fiber, Yarn, PET SHEETS, PET BOX STRAPS, Etc…… There isn’t any proven high speed technology yet developed which can separate PET BOTTLE NECK GRINDINGS from crushed PET BOTTLE FLAKES.We, having long standing experience of manufacturing PET BOTTLES FLAKES have developed in-house technology (for our own usage) to separate PET BOTTLE NECK GRINDINGS from PET BOTTLE FLAKES. In past, many have tried to cut BOTTLE NECKS before these P.E.T. bottles go for grinding. This did not work for the cost consideration. The cost of cutting BOTTLE NECKS from PET BOTTLES before grinding of entire bottles is very high. In this video, commercially successful separating machine is being shown which separates around 97% of PET BOTTLE NECKS from Washed PET BOTTLE FLAKES. It also has an another function of separating FLAKES by its sizes. This operation is also incorporated in ONE SINGLE machine which will not only separate PET BOTTLE NECK GRINDING from PET BOTTLE FLAKES but will also separate PET BOTTLE FLAKES by its sizes as seen in the video.
On the morning of August 2, 2010, a three man crew arrived to construct our 30′x40′ metal building. All the materials were brought with them on a flatbed trailer pulled by a pickup truck. The concrete floor and front pad had been poured the previous month.
Sorry for all the still photos. We had not gotten our video camera yet. However, this should give you a decent idea of what all is involved in constructing one of these buildings.
The building itself is 40′ across the front and 30′ deep. The walls are 12′ high. The roll-up door is a 10′x10′ set in 4′ from the end wall. We also upgraded the walk thru door to the 36″x80″ and added two extra windows. The alarm system, security cameras and motion detectors will be in soon.
This video is for entertainment only and is in no way an instructional video. The three men in this presentation are professional construction workers and specialize in constructing metal buildings.
