Cleaning a Honda Carburetor on a GX160. GX200 GX240 GX270 GX340 and GX390 are virtually identical, just a larger bore.
High tensile bolts Single Point threading to a reduced size.
I have machined down these 1/2″ diameter long bolts to 3/8 inch. and am cutting the new threads in 3 passes with Kennametal 60 degree threading inserts 2 roughing and one finishing pass @ 460RPM. I couldn’t use my geometric head because I don’t have this size dies.
