In this video we teach you step by step w/o skipping any steps on how to install a 4 point or 2 point docking hardware plates to your 2014 Harley Davidson Street Glide Special (FLHXS) or other Harley Davidson touring model. The docking hardware is so that you can then install both a removable luggage rack and removable passenger back rest.
Harley Davidson used the same docking hardware plates from 2009-2013. For 2014 Harley Davidson Touring Models you must purchase and install a new 4 point or 2 point docking hardware plate system.
YOU CAN STILL USE YOUR OLDER MODEL 2009-2013 LUGGAGE RACKS AND BACKRESTS. It is only the docking hardware that changed.
