This is a quick video to show how to install the HuMa R-10 regulator.
You need to make sure your rifle is not loaded and does not have a magazine fitted.
Remove the buddy bottle following the normal bottle removal procedure.
Remove the single cap head screw from the centre of the toast rack with a 5mm Allen key.
Remove the anti-tamper cap on the regulator (separate instructions will be sent with the regulator).
Remove the brass regulator body from the regulator block.
Make sure the all the parts and O rings have been removed but leave the little grub screw in the hole.
    Clean out the hole.
Screw in the pre-set HuMa regulator.
Refit the regulator block to the action.
    Refit the buddy bottle.
Chrono your rifle to make sure it is legal with a selection of pellets.
Adjust the power if necessary (separate instructions will be sent with the regulator).

Keep it legal and enjoy trouble free shooting!

The regulators are available from my website www.xtxair.co.uk. They will work in sub 12ftlbs rifles and in FAC rifles.

Please note that if your R-10 has been blueprinted by John Bowkett these regulators will not work because of the oversize screw he fits to the regulator block when carrying out a blueprint. The larger screw breaches the O ring seal on the HuMa regulator. If you want to fit a HuMa regulator to a blueprinted rifle you will have to replace the regulator block.

Documentation created with Advance Steel 2014 per typical Australian requirements:
A4 material list, A4 saw cut list with picture (includes automatically mapped plates to flat bars), A4 purlin bridging list, A4 fastener list, A4 anchor list, GA Excel BOM list on drawing, NC DXF plates, NC DSTV sections. GA ISO view with auto ‘detail references’ / RL’s / weld symbols, GA ISO ‘hot rolled only’ view, GA ISO ‘cold rolled only’ view, GA ISO schematic view with either aligned or leader labels, GA anchor plan with either auto linear or ordinate dimensions, GA anchor plan base plate details with ‘TYPE’ and ‘RL’ base plate markings, GA elevation with section name assembly labels, GA detail views with section name single part labels, manual linear dimensions, section detail cut from elevation drawing, manually inserted running sloped dimensions, manually inserted slope symbol, assembly drawings for wind bracing / beam ties / EA bracing / rafters / columns / gable columns / curved beams, single part drawings for Z &C purlins / beams / curved beams / plates. Other advanced techniques include combining manual purlin prefixing with automated prefixing, auto numbering with a post process, setting the part CS (Coordinate System) for purlins so that they orientate consistently on the drawings, changing the GAM to allow duplicate details – then forcing a rafter ISO view complete with labels and welds symbols onto the related established drawing.
In total x94 very detailed drawings are created + x14 BOM list pages + x6 DXF plate drawings + x28 NC DSTV sections – in approx. 35minutes ‘real time’.
