PEDRICK Tool and Machine Company, Inc. manufactures their Model A-7 to bend rectangular bar stock the hard way for seismic pipe hangers (see video), fences, structural components, agricultural equipment, solid round bar stock for eye bolts, ground anchors, anchor bolts, U bolts J bolts, concrete reinforcing bar (rebar). This video shows the Model A-7 bending .125 IN X 1 IN solid rectangular bar stock to a 3 IN inside radius, 0-180 degrees, 5 pieces at a time. The distance between the legs is critical. Test bends were performed to adjust the die for radial spring back. It has the capacity to bend 1.75 IN OD solid round, A36, bar stock for anchor bolts. Here I have to drill out my lug nut because I lost my locking lug key. I took a shot in the dark (or dimly lit room), and tried this method to drill out a lug nut, and it worked better than I thought. The bits I use for metal are dewalt pilot points, but the one you see in the video is not a dewalt, because I broke my dewalt bit of that size, and had to use a shit bit to get the size hole I needed.
