I show the process of unpacking and installing a Phase II QCTP on my Logan 922 Lathe! This is a decent little tool post for the money. The only problem I ran into on this one was the cut off tool holder was garbage. I returned it for a replacement and the second one was bad too. They would not clamp the parting tool straight in the holder. I ended up getting a Shars cut off tool holder and it worked great. They sell T-nuts on ebay too which is a much quicker way to go unless you have a larger milling machine to fit your T-nut to your machine. Overall the tool post and holders worked good. Replace all the allen screws with good US made ones!
