I like this strike a lot, it’s easy to install, extremely versible.

You’re going to get three screws to mount it.
When installing this you want to get your holes located on to the frame here and here.
You are going to get to confirm a correct operation of the exit device, do any adjusting that is necessary.
Like i said it is a great one.

Has a celluloid up here and down because you’ve got two triggers that basically release.
This can be field selective ether fail secure or fail safe means when the power is out the strike is locked.
Most commonly fail secure is used where is not energized the logic there is in a event of power outage this will be unlocked.
The fire department likes to be able to go into a door if they have to and have it unlocked, it’s easier than have it locked.
I have installed these, i used these, they work, are very good.
One time i had a problem with one trigger wasn’t working wile the other one it was.

You have to drill a hole into the frame, there are two holes, depending on what size you install it.
Latch bolt is available with strike like this.
You can know the condition of the strike you can also know the state of the latch, will be a separate device.
Back to fail secure.
Changing it is quite simple, you’ve got it change it up here and down here but all you are doing is loosing not removing these two screws not set to F-secure and do it at the other one as well.
I really like Hes products, when they first came out on the market they solved a lot of problems, they have innovated solutions.
They’ve got a couple of set screws here and here that’s gonna help eliminate the ability to tempera with the strike.
So there is a set screws here and here and when drove them down will hit the head and what they’re gonna do is help when the door is closing and constantly hitting against the strike and keep it in place.
