Renew mid engine of 8FUN Bafang in 14 steps / converted. The Bafang motor can be installed in any bike with BSA thread.
English Steps:
1. Remove right crank
2. Remove chain case & Sprocket
3. Remove the left crank
4. Disconnect all plugs, beforehand of course take out the battery
5. Slove retaining plate and remove the screws completely
6. Only now remove the lock nuts of the motor axle and remove the motor out of the frame
7. Rebuild chain case holder
8. Now push the motor back into the frame, mount the retaining plate, aligning the motor and tighten the screws
9. Only now tighten the lock nut first with 55NM and the second locknut 40NM
10. Mount Left crank
11. Plug reconnect and the display Install cable in such the cable distribution of the frame can be pulled by more freedom in directing to have
12. Fasten the cables neatly with cable ties
13. Chainring mount, tighten the screws crosswise
14. Mount chain case and right crank
