1This packing machine can automatically measure, fill, seal, cut, print.
2. stainless steel
This packing machine can automatically measure, count number, make bags, fill, seal, and print codes. This machine adopts advanced PLC+photocell sensors, to ensure the number in each bag is very precisely. This machine has two parts and two basic functions. One is the filling parts with 1-20 vibrative hoppers. And you can use one, two, three…separately;Another is the making bags and packing part. This machine can be used to pack foods, electric parts and samll hardware, such as candy, peanuts, pills and irregular objects, such as nails, bolts, nuts and small hardware etc.
This is a video containing blueprints I made for my mattracks build.
These drawings should be taken as a guide and not precisely the thing You should build. There are many things to tweak and change according to Your machine You’re building the tracks for.
This video does not contain drawings for sprockets although I think they are the most complicated things to draw. There is a simple reason – every vehicle is different and dimensions are also different.
There is a load of hardware needed (bolts, nuts, washers etc.) and make Your calculations before You get to the build. The bogey wheels are 120 and 180 mm in diameter. The track is over 320 mm wide when finished.
Hopefully this video will encourage many grease monkeys and crazy machinists to take on their very own mattracks project.
I have two things to say – mattracks are very practical and fun! Good luck with Your project!
