The Super Full Function Channel Letter Bender (TPS-S9700) is the most advanced fully automatic channel letter fabrication machine for the sign-making industry, which could bend aluminum profile, stainless steel with high quality. TPS-S9700 Automatic Sign bending machine is based on precise mechanical construction and a unique retractable alternating bending mode, use Pre-feeding leveling, clamping alternate feeding, and driving with double lead screw thumbs for slotting. With the special bender design, almost every kind of material(aluminum profile, stainless steel, aluminum coil, galvanized steel, brass, bronze etc al) is support. Based on years of experience in the development of channel letter bending equipment, the TPS-Auto Bend control system can ensure the letters processing precision, especially fit for making letters with small radian, small angle and complex graphics. It is high-end equipment for making LED signs, Steel letters, channel letters and Epoxy letters.
A new type of aluminum profile is supported, which can make the manufacturing of channel letters very easy. After bending finished, only an air nailer is needed to fix the face plate (Polycarbonate) and the aluminum profile. With this new process, you can save more time than ever.
