I can’t tell you how many times I took my 1911 apart to clean it and could’nt put it back together again. Of course that was when I was first starting out with the 1911. Now it has become second nature. To make it easier I suggest adding some tweezers to your took kit for manipulating the sear and dis-connector into place. I hope this video helps someone avoid the embarrassment I went through by having to ask other shooters at the range to help me put my gun back together.
