Today we’re going to show you how to deal with a frequent problems of these older motors; removing stripped out hex head bolts. This process can also work for axel bolts.
Step 1: Take an air hammer and make a notch in the bolt
Step 2: Once notched in, start pushing the bolt counter clockwise to loosen
**Make sure your first notch is good, because if you have to re-notch it, you push the threads and mushroom them out.
Step 3: Hammer in your hex head a little, then unscrew
