    Todd (Damin69) Customized Shapeoko 2
Since I created this Video I have upgraded my Stepper Motors to 282oz Nema 23 steppers.
36V 11A Power supply and 9mm Wide Belts.

Base Frame is made up of 1″x1″ Square steel tubs that have 3/8″ bolt levelers.
On top of that base is the frame made of 20×40 Extrusions.
On the extrusions I have put down 3/4″ Birch Plywood. Then on top of the ply I have added strips of 3/4″ MDF for my Waste board. In between each strip is an Aluminum T-Track that works with standard 1/4-20 bolts.
    My Shapeoko is 1800×1000.
Each 1800 Makerslide has been reinforced with a piece of 20×40 1800 long extrusion bolted together. Then I have mid span supports every 600mm.
My Gantry is 1000mm and is made up of 2 1000mm makerslides with a 20×40 1000mm long extrusion bolted together.
My Z axis has been upgraded to the ACME Screw and belt drive kit.
    Electronics:
I opted to solder all of my wiring instead of terminal blocks.
I am running Nema 23 driver motors on all 3 axis.
all of my wiring is ran through drag chain.
    I am using a C-10 Breakout board with 4 SainSmart CNC Micro-Stepping Stepper Motor Driver 2M542 Bi-polar 2phase 4.2A Switch
I have standard Micro Limit Switch Long Hinge Roller Arm SPDT Snap Action on all 3 axis.
I have made a Auto Z Touchplate that is used also.
My Makita Router speed is controlled manually right now. I am using a Solid State Relay that is controlled by the Breakout board and turned on and off through software.
