Track workers at the New York Museum of Transportation use power grinding tool to cut off stubborn track bolts. Track workers tried using wrenches, sockets with ratchet to remove bolts that just spin in place. So until they cab get a torch to cut them off we are using a cutting wheel or reciprocating saw to remove these bolts.
