This video is to bring you a closer look at the Adams Rite MS4043-00-130 Cylinder Guard, 1/8″ Stile Wall – Satin Aluminum. This is a cylinder collar and the piece is for a wall thickness of 1/8 inch. Hard steel and aluminum finish. This cylinder collar is tapered so you are not going to get a wrench on it, and it is hardened steel so you will have a difficult time denting it. It is unique in the sense that the retaining ring makes it very difficult to get off the door. These are uncommon cylinders to sell but do a great job and will include flat washers as well. Available in different thicknesses. Note that how to order realizes on the wall thickness. Overall height with tampered part is 7/16 of an inch with 5/16 inch from recessed are to tampered area. Method #3 to remove stripped hex allen bolts. ALWAYS a failsafe method i use when nothing else works!! Also try filling the stripped gap of the bolt head using JB weld for a little better grip!
