This is a special purpose machine for fully automatic production of Rolling shutter springs. This machine is specially designed for producing Rolling shutter springs, Garage door springs, Roller door springs. The machine is equipped with two coiling stations each left and right hand coiling. Two wires of same size can fed simultaneously at the same time in each coiling station. Spring outer diameter is to be set manually and the spring length is set by entering total wire length into HMI. The springs get cut by power cutting unit after the set value of wire length is achieved. The looping on each side has to be done in second operation.

Correction: The Trick Battery Box will hold the battery and the regulator, NOT the CDI.

If this doesn’t get me amped to do actually start hustling and finishing this project, I don’t know what will!

There are some people out there that don’t like www.dratv.com, while I don’t necessarily love them, I do appreciate them. They have a lot of what I need, and many times they are the cheapest.

So… I received a trick battery box, rear sprocket bolt lock washers, rear motor mount adaptor kit for chinese engines, a CT90 muffler, horn, CT70 ignition/fork lock/helmet lock, headlight, exhaust donut, exhaust flange, fuel line, “y” connector, clips for fuel line, fuel filter, electronic flasher, speedometer cable. I ordered, but am missing, a 35 tooth rear sprocket. I have emailed them regarding that.

If you’re thinking of building your own custom CT90, you may want to take a gander at the www.dratv.com website.

For purposes of following THIS build, I have chosen to name the bike Zara. If you search for it on my channel you will be able to locate all videos relating to this build.
