Removing front bearing of 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS 2WD 2.7L
The entire process to remove and install took about 2 hours total. I tried to cut this video down to 10 minutes for the removal portion. I posted this because I read that this job required special tools, you had to remove numerous parts including the knuckle off the car, and only a professional should attempt this because it is too complicated. None of that was true. There are just two tricky parts where you have to move a couple of bolts or nuts out of the way and/or rotate the steering wheel to get better access to bolts. It is otherwise pretty straightforward. I admit this video is poorly shot and edited, but it should be enough for someone with a little mechanical experience to figure out what to do. I hope it helps someone.
On the older style calipers that have two pistons and mount with two bolts it is CRITICAL that they are inspected and installed properly or they may come out while driving. Link to brake parts: https://mercedessource.com/store/search?keys=brake
