This is a very powerful machine. The Bosh Axxis dryer also is installed on the top. This washer sounds like a jet plane and the maximum spin is extremely powerful, able to leave the clothes almost dry. What you see is what happens when the washer is not installed correctly. If the washer is not leveled properly, this is what happens. Also remove any piece in the base which can cause some unevenness. This washer is great but must be installed properly, or it will cause an earthquake in your home, even with the softer spin cycles.
