~BIRD BUTLER WATER BOTTLE~
*Skip forward to 8:35 if you only want to see how Nico figured out the water bottle. He is 3 years old and sometimes weary of new/weird objects*
(This is Nico’s very first time ever seeing the bottle up close and mounted on his cage. I did not show him the bottle beforehand. He only saw it as I was making this video)
Tips:
1. Let your bird watch everything that you do. Don’t make slow movements. Act natural and relaxed. Bird will feel that you are relaxed and therefore be relaxed. Watching you install the water bottle will make bird curious and want to check out the bottle which is exactly what you want.
2. Do NOT remove water bowl completely until you are absolutely positive your bird is drinking from the water bottle.
