The Nutsert Swage Stud System designed in house and patented by Miami Stainless is our streamline and easy-to-install stainless steel wire balustrade system for metal posts.
To install, mark out and drill all of your posts at the required spacing and hole size. This system requires a 10mm hole in end posts and a 7.5mm hole in intermediate posts.
Use the HN-02 nut rivet tool to insert the left and right hand nut rivets into the pre-drilled posts.
With your pre-fabricated wires, wind the right hand swage stud into the right hand nut rivet. Only screw the swage stud 2 turns into the nut rivet.
Remove the hex nut on the opposite swage stud and pass the wire through pre-drilled intermediate posts.
Wind the left hand swage stud anti clockwise into the left hand nut rivet and take note that the other end is rotating and tensioning at the same rate.
Continue to wind by hand at either end until the wire is mostly tensioned then complete using the ProRig Multi Tool.
Lock the system in place by tightening the hex nuts against the head of the Nut rivets.
Repeat to finish your installation.
