The rear door of my rental Manufactured home was leaking and I was not notified. Had to change out the door and replace part of the sill and floor. I went with a combination door this time.
UPDATE: On 3-11-2016 due to torrential rains in the neighborhood of 15″ in 5 hours, this manufactured home suffered flood waters and was declared a total loss by the insurance company. The home was raised almost 4 foot above the flood stage marked by the survey company and it still got a foot of water inside the home.
This is an old video I made quite a while back when I was rebuilding my engine, I decided to make a video of how to install a head stud the easy way. Some may think of it as half ass, but it ends up being much easier this way and works fine. I’d definitely recommend replacing studs as old ones are hard to reuse and their threads can stretch. Also remember to always use new locking nuts. This procedure can be done with the engine fully assembled and in the car if need be. I only did it for demonstration purposes and because I had the new head.
