Mike joins a mild flat steel bar to a piece of square steel tubing using SSF-6 Silver Solder and a propane torch. Notice the smooth finish, without grinding or machine work.
SSF-6 is cadmium free, food grade and works well on chrome moly, cast iron, stainless steel, brass, copper, and bronze. This solder can be machined, powder coated, nickel plated, painted, chrome plated, tapped, drilled etc.
