* 2 pairs of Kuryakyn 2-piece 49mm Fork Mounts #2287
* 1/16″ rubber gasket material
* double sided cellophane tape
* 4 stainless steel button socket cap screws 5/16″x1″ 18 tpi
* 8 stainless steel nylon insert lock nuts 5/16″-18
* 4 regular nuts 5/16″-18
