This video shows some of the process of stabilizing a residential home where the foundation has shifted significantly, and also the foundation retrofit of two separate commercial communications towers. B-Line Construction’s Helical Pier System uses A. B. Chance Helical Piers for this process.

Deburring Laser, Plasma or Waterjet Cut – Dry working, radiussed edges
These machines are ideal for radiussing sharp corners and removing light, hard slag or light burrs. Whether your process involves the removal of re-cast layers, heat affected zones, or oxide coatings, Ellesco has the machines to suit your needs.
As with our deburring machines for punched product, Ellesco provides solutions for: deburring with or without edge radiussing and with or without surface finishing. Clad materials such as light alloy, Zintec, Galvanised, Aluclad, Aluzinc/ Zalutite, as well as plastic film coated materials are routinely processed.
Complementing the machines is a comprehensive range of abrasive belts, abrasive filament brushes, steel wire brushes, and abrasive discs (nylon web or filament). These can be combined to deburr and clean, enabling you to radius and deburr laser-, plasma- or waterjet-cut parts with or without disturbing surface coatings.
Deburring and radiussing systems are available in wet or dry formats, to process virtually any size of component, from a 2p coin upwards, and sheet as thin as 0.015mm. With Ellesco’s expertise and range of equipment there is a solution to any edge finishing problem.
