Usain Bolt made an appearance in California at Mount San Antonio College (Mt. SAC) on September 27, 2011 to do a track and field clinic after a successful 2011 season that ended with two gold medals and one world record. Bolt educated and demonstrated the kids in attendance how we personally prepares for competition – from proper drill technique to quickly getting out of the blocks.
