This video was developed by the Washington State Department of Revenue Lean Transformation Office and Taxpayer Services Communications and generously shared with other state agencies to help spread Lean culture across government. The state of Washington’s employees and leaders are learning to adapt Lean strategy, thinking and tools to state government operations so that they can deliver more value to Washingtonians for generations to come and make public service a deeply gratifying experience.
