    The US is one of the only countries using the Imperial SAE sizing system for nuts, bolts, screws, washers, etc. The rest of the world uses the metric system. Metric sizes should be abundant and CHEAP! I found otherwise looking for exact types & sizes for an import auto restoration project. I also learned the hard way about hardness grading.



    We use FreeCAD’s Part Design Workbench to model a Flanged Pulley shown at the beginning of the video. This video is the same as Tutorial 05 but with a few fixes and with audio added.     This tutorial was done using the FreeCAD version 0.14.2370 for Windows XP. Newer FreeCAD versions have since been released, so your version should have all the tools shown in this tutorial.
