IPS Robot Optimization in work on a robot cell with four robots and 31 stud welds. The workflow and actual UI of the Robot Optimization module is showed and results (collision-free robot motions optimized on cycle time) are obtained in short time. The user can then export executable robot code from the software.
Proven results of IPS Robot Optimization worth a mention are 75% faster commissioning time and 25% shorter cycle time on a line consisting of 3 stations with a total of 10 stud weld robots.
