I created this video with the YouTube Video Editor (https://www.youtube.com/editor)

    What you need:
    3 pieces of poplar 1/2 in x 3 1/2 in x 36 in
    2 carriage bolts 1/4 in x 5 1/2 in
    2 washers 1/4 in
    2 wing nuts 1/4 in
    wood glue
    drill
    5/16 drill bit
    sandpaper

I purchased all my supplies at Home Depot and they cut the wood for me for free! :) All my supplies cost around $14 and the Bramble Berry silicone liner was $15.

    What to do:
Cut your wood or have it cut to 19 1/2 in. From one of the extra pieces cut two 3 in pieces for the ends of your mold. Sand the edges as needed.

Drill a hole in the side piece about 1 1/2 in down and over about 1/4 to 1/2 in. Line up the other side piece under that hole and drill down through both pieces so they match up. Do the same to the other side.

Glue the side pieces to the bottom piece with your wood glue. Let it completely dry.

Put the carriage bolts through the holes, attach the washers and wing nuts and then put your end pieces inside the bolts.

Line your new mold with parchment paper, a thin trash bag or the Bramble Berry 5 lb silicone mold liner. https://www.brambleberry.com/Silicone-Liner-for-5-lb-Wood-Mold-P5270.aspx

NOTE: This mold should NOT go in the oven for CPOP. You can screw or nail the sides onto the mold instead of gluing if you want to use this mold in the oven. :)
