The manual heat sealing machine is a versatile unit that is used predominantly in the food industry for sealing aluminium foils on plastic jars before capping. Items like jams, pickles, sauces are packed using this machine. The sealing surface (Heating plate) has a diameter of 150 mm and can seal containers having diameters of up to 135 mm. Containers having a height ranging from 40 mm to 330 mm can be sealed with the heat sealing machine and an output rate of approximately 250-360 containers per hour can be achieved making this a ideal device for low to medium volume production.
