In this assembly tutorial, we will show you how to assemble the Luxor Adjustable LCD/LED Mount Flat Panel Cart TV Stand, available on our site at: https://www.overstock.com/7984456/product.html
For assembly, you will need a Philips screwdriver and a wrench.
Step 1: Remove pre-attached mounting plate from metal rod. Remove screws from metal rod and slide rod off of adjustable poles. Push in spring ring plungers to offset them from holes. Hold poles and keep a foot on piece B1 for stability. Pull poles until you reach desired height and twist to lock plungers in place.
Step 2: Flip base so that caster holes face upward. Thread casters with washers into the base. Tighten fully with a wrench. Flip base over and lock all four casters to prevent movement. Using K screws and Allen wrench M, attach the poles to the base so that the grommet holes are toward the back. Flip the unit over and thread K screws through the base using Allen wrench M. Flip the unit back over and attach screw cover A4 so it locks in place.
Step 3: Remove remaining pre-installed screws from the B5 metal rods. Insert rods into the back opening of the poles making sure screw holes face wire management holes. Fasten the rods with screws.
Step 4: With assistance, push the spring plungers in and pull up to desired height.
Step 5: Remove pre-installed screws from bracket R2 and R3. Align and tighten bracket R2 to desired position making sure there is plenty of clearance for your flat panel display. Hook the shelf support R3 onto the R2 bracket and fasten the screws with a screwdriver. Attach the shelf guard to the R1 shelf. Position the shelf and fasten with screws and the L allen wrench.
Step 6: Lay your flat panel TV on a soft surface. Lay the C2 vertical mounting bars flat on the back of your TV and attach them, making sure to use proper width and length screws for your specific TV. Line up C3 horizontal bard so that the long oval holes are closer to the bottom of the TV and resting flush on threaded screw holes of both left and right vertical brackets. Using the T screws, mount the pieces to the threaded inserts. With T screws, attach the large mounting plate, making sure the arrow is pointing towards the top of your TV.
Step 7: Lift up the lock hooks on the mounting plate prior to attaching TV to the unit. Attach the hooks on the mounting plate onto the metal bars.
Step 8: Attach the wire management holes onto the unit. Insert the cables and cords.
