Usain Bolt made an appearance in California at Mount San Antonio College (Mt. SAC) on September 27, 2011 to do a track and field clinic after a successful 2011 season that ended with two gold medals and one world record. Bolt educated and demonstrated the kids in attendance how we personally prepares for competition – from proper drill technique to quickly getting out of the blocks. In this video we find out which Norris Nut can be the last one to eat the whole of their food or leave the table with their food. The rules are each Norris Nut gets to choose their favourite food. They can only choose their favourite food to eat if someone else has not selected that food yet. Sabre , Sockie, Biggy and Naz all want pizza and donuts but one of these is the actual prize at the end! When the dice rolls, the Norris Nuts wil be tempted to see if they want to eat the food or leave with their own good. Sabre and Sockie split in the first part to go shopping for different food supplies. Sockie gets a food delivery. We also get some burgers for the challenge and healthy food. The prize at the end is actually donuts that’s why each of the Norris Nuts is trying hard to stay in the challenge. THe last one to stay there and not leave will be crowned champion Norris Nut of the day.
