Katie Valdivia, Training Manager, California State Teachers’ Retirement System
Katie has been the Training Manager for the California State Teachers’ Retirement System for the past four years. She and her team oversee onsite learning opportunities for all levels of staff, ranging from onboarding to leadership development. She is a trained facilitator and enjoys developing others to reach their professional career goals. She has worked for the state for 18 years and has a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts from California State University, Sacramento.
