This is the first video in a set where I demonstrate how to replace the upper and lower ball joints on a 2000 Chevy Blazer (4 wheel drive). In this DIY video I show how to remove the brake caliper, rotor, ABS sensor wire and the upper ball joint (plus the upper ball joint installation). I’ll be posting the other videos soon and will add links to those videos at at the end of this one. The following DIY repair videos will include how to remove the steering knuckle, hub assembly and lower ball joint (as well as the lower ball joint installation). Lastly, I’ll show you how to put it all back to together and grease the new ball joints. Please leave questions and comments below. Don’t forget to subscribe if you find my videos helpful.
