Wheel nuts are often machined very tightly on and therefore cannot be removed with the toolkit provided wheel brace provided by most manufacturers. So what do you do when you are hit with the problem of a flat tyre? You cannot get the nuts off the get the flat tyre off. The only way apart from calling the AA or for a friend’s help is to always carry an extendable/telescopic wheel brace.This gives you the necessary extra leverage for relatively easy removal of wheel nuts.
