Test rolling of the Tesker Model 740 2-die thread roller. The 740 can roll up to 12″ diameter parts using 340,000 lbs of rolling force. Video shows some initial setup steps, followed by the rolling of a 4.5″ X 1.5 TPI single start acme in 1045 CDS. Video also briefly shows the included bar handling system provided for this customer.
