The combination of the AM300™ Rollformer and the Viper™ Punch and Cut unit set the industry standard for the manufacture of structural steel framing products. The robust AM300 roll former handles a typical material thickness range from 0.035″ to 0.135″, producing sections with web widths from 2.50″ to 16″ and flange heights from 1.25″ to 3.50″. The Viper Punch and Cut is designed to process 0.135″ material with a 25″ strip width at 300 feet per minute. The pre-punch and pre-cut design of the Viper, coupled with the telescoping shaft design of the AM300, provide the most efficient profile changeovers in the industry.
