Today on our trailer well be installing the Snap Lock E-Track tie down anchor, part number SLSB. To secure our anchor point well be using the carriage bolt hardware kit for the Snap Lock E-Track tie down anchors, part number SLHCBDS-P. You can see it comes with four five-sixteenths carriage bolts, four fender washers and four nylon lock nuts. Now on our particular application were going to be changing out to a five-sixteenths by two inch long carriage bolt, due to the thickness of wood well be drilling through, but we will be using the fender washers and the lock nuts.Lets go ahead and show you what the actual anchor point looks like. We can go ahead and show you how the hardware would be used to mount this anchor. Youll take your carriage bolt, slide it through the front of the anchor point, then on the back side youll put a fender washer followed by your lock nut.
