This video shows simulation of a continuous movement in THM shot blasting machine during the shot blasting process. Zinc die cast parts of toys are processed in this particular machine. Please note how small parts are processed without any challenge trough the length of the machine blast chamber. With Walther Trowal belt transport system, the work pieces/parts are transported uniformly through the machine and shot blasted. While rotating and gently tumbling over each other, the die cast parts are moving through the machine at a constant speed. The high capacity and degree of automation allow significant savings during the production process. Modular part loading and unloading systems allow easy automation and running the equipment with only one operator.
