1) The complex is fully mobile, and deployed directly on the basis of the customer. This lets you save on transportation pipes, reduces the risk of damage and loss. Just the customer is able to control the entire process.
2) The machine is designed and manufactured by engineers UK, patented design, the total number of such complexes in the world – 40 units. In Russia, located just one complex – Delta Energy Services.
3) Complex has certificates and approvals from the world’s leading oil sector API (American Petrolium Institute), Grant Prideco, Vallourec, Tenaris, etc.
4) Mobile System allows full restoration with pipes tubing, drill pipe and casing with an accuracy of 0.01 microns: recut, reface, rebevel, as well as phosphate and application of preservative grease.
5) Capacity up to 60 tubes per day, based on the deployment of the customer no more than 2 days.
