    WEHAVALOT EBAY AUCTION
    HENLEY COMMUNITY SILVER PLATED
    SALT AND PEPPER SHAKER SET

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/HENLEY-COMMUNITY-SILVER-PLATED-SALT-PEPPER-SHAKER-SET-ONEIDA/132494072623

Wehavalot offers up for auction is this Henley Community Silver Plated Salt and Pepper Shaker Set. Each shaker is approximately 5” tall and 1 ¾” wide and still polishes up nicely. The Salt Shaker has a couple tiny rough spots at the bottom of screw on shaker top and also where the screw on top meets the neck of the shaker. It also has some light corrosion inside due to salt being left in the shaker while being stored. There is a 1/16 inch ding on the salt shaker that occurred during the photo process (see photo & video).
The pair have a nice shape with detailed design around the rim of the upper and bottom of the shakers. This pair feels nice and heavy weighing in at 472 grams (16.65 ounces) on my digital kitchen scale. The bottom of each is stamped “Henley Community”, in which Henley is the pattern name and Community is the manufacture name. Community was associated with Oneida back in the 1930’s. They would be a perfect addition for a formal dining setting or as part of a collection.
I took several photographs and produced a YouTube video which, I believe, depicts in detail the condition of this Henley Community Silver Plated Salt and Pepper Shaker Set accurately. So please look at the pics and watch the entire video prior to bidding as there is much more detail in the video than can be described in words – just as picture is worth a thousand words, a video is worth a thousand pictures.
