“TachyRail” of GEO-METRIK
is a tool for the measurement technical processing of railways.
It can be used for various tasks at the planning,
for the construction and the maintenance of railways.
The product consists of:
- the rail-trolley
- a component for the position regulation of the trolley
- different software module
Into dependence of the existing outer framework conditions and the provided task,
the regulation of the position of the trolley is carried out with the robot-tacheometer or by means of GPS.
TachyRail is used for:
– the new building of railways in ballast superstructure and slab track
– fixture of turnout
– supervision of railway on a rotational basis
– determination of standard value for the tamping of tracks
– first-time registration of track geometry
– flexible insert during disasters
