The Coil Is Loaded At The End Of The Machine On The Unwinder. It Passes Through The Straightener And Enters The Machine. As The Strip Undergoes Various Press Operations The Finished Half Side Of The Clamp Is Obtained.We Have Installed 2 Machines Of Such Kind And The 3rd Machine Will Be Installed Shortly.The Outcome Of The Machine Is 13-14 Components Every Minute.
2.MICROPROCESSOR BASED ATTACHMENT FOR WELDING:- The Stacks Of The Clamps And Nuts Are Loaded In A Cartridge Initially. After Starting The Machine The Clamp And The Nut Comes Ahead And Takes Its Position Automatically, Gets Welded And The Welded Job Is Ejected To The Collection Bin. This Process Repeats One After Other In Auto Mode.
3.AUTOMATIC RUBBER INSERTION MACHINE:- In This, Rubber Coil Is Put On The Rotating Table. The Rubber Is Inserted In The Machine Initially. After Loading The Clamp On The Front, The Foot Switch Is Pressed. Rubber Cuts As Per The Size Of The Clamp And Gets Inserted Automatically The Clamp Is Removed And The New Clamp Is Reloaded .
