The following 24×24 foot Garage (with overhead storage & 5/4 angle roof) was built June 2006 in 5 hours and 6 years later it is as plumb and square as the day it was built.

The foundation was poured a week prior to the Garage being built. I am positive it took 5 hours to build the structure and the loft because I did the video and this is my garage. My nephews’ crew started at 9am and finished at 2pm. The roofing shingles and clean-up took 1 more hour and the Roll-up Garage door was put in by another company but as of today I am very satisfied with the Garage. It is as plumb as the day it was installed. My_ location is in the southeast part of Michigan, US.

The Garage was built in 2006. The cost for labor and material was around $13,000(US). It has a 5/4 pitch with a loft that is used for storage. I had them put an opening across the center for the loft access. I_ did the electrical while another company installed the roll-up door.

The total cost of the Garage included the foundation. The Garage has held up really good and I feel I got_ my money’s worth. My home is only 850 square feet (24′ x 36″ deep). The garage is 24′ x 24′.
